We respond within one business day.

We confirm whether we can fulfil your requirements and ask follow-up questions if needed.

Samples before commitment.

Start with a sample order for most products. No minimum order quantity.

Production & customisation

We match your order to the right artisan.

We select the artisan best suited to your product type and quality requirements.

Custom colourways, designs, and private label.

Most products can be customised. Custom production lead times: 6–12 weeks depending on complexity and volume.

Quality check before dispatch.

Every order goes through quality inspection at our Kathmandu facility before shipping.

Delivery

We ship worldwide.

We use DHL, FedEx, and specialist air/sea freight forwarders depending on volume and destination.

Tracked shipments, confirmed timelines.

You get tracking information and delivery dates. We stay in contact until your order arrives.

Repeat orders move faster.

After your first order, we keep your specs on file. Reorders skip the setup steps.
